Technical Construction

 

Procy Internal Wall Panel is sandwich panel constructed of:

• PIR foam core layer (Polyisocyanurate) of BASF. Solid core layer, with thickness from 50mm, 75mm, 100mm; closed-cell density of 99% having effects of insulating, reducing moisture penetration and reduce the possibility of destruction.
• Two faces are shielded with super durable steel 4-layers coated by Activate technology of Bluescope.
• The panels are joined by Zlock + mounting system, tight, no leakages, loss of cold temperature to outside, preventing bacteria and mold or pollutants in air from depositing, sponging on.
• Surface of wall panel is smooth or delicately ribbed with exact length customized according to design requirement.
