On the sunny morning of June 12, over 200 students from the Economics and Business Administration Faculty visited PNP’s Factory 3 in Hung Yen with eager and energetic spirits.

This practical learning trip provided many exciting experiences, visual delights, and valuable knowledge about the production process of #GreenMaterials and the operational machinery of the business.
Representing Hanoi Open University were Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hien - Lecturer; Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Thuy & Ms. Do Thi Kieu Trang - Faculty Academic Staff; and Mr. Nguyen Tien Loi - Lecturer, Academic Advisor K32QT3,4. Additionally, representing NovaEdu was Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Linh – Training Officer.

Factory 3 of Phuong Nam Panel is one of the most modern and advanced factories in the region, specializing in producing thermal insulation and fireproof products such as #Procy, #T*Rock, #Prock, #Prexs, etc., applied to high-tech construction industry. PNPers warmly welcomed the student delegation with enthusiasm and care, allowing them to tour the entire production area, specifically from material preparation, production processes, to the final product completion stage. The factory leaders provided detailed explanations at each stage, alongside demonstrations from experienced engineers and technicians. Through this, PNP helped students become more familiar with and understand the distinctive technologies being applied here.

Through this visit, the students not only enjoyed the modern production process but also absorbed management and operational knowledge from a large-scale manufacturing facility. The textbook knowledge from class was vividly illustrated through visual images, making it easier for students to relate to practical applications and remember the information.
Additionally, the students had the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with industry experts, thereby expanding their network and seeking internship or job opportunities in the future. Moreover, students learned about the challenges and opportunities in the manufacturing industry, as well as the latest development trends to gain deeper insights into their chosen field.
The visit truly sparked passion and motivation for learning, laying a solid foundation for the Economics students’ future preparations.
